Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days starting from the day that you receive your item/items to request a full refund for your return. Anything over the 14 day period will then only make you eligible for an exchange, which has to be complete within the 28 day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and reason for return inside the package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your items back to us. We do not cover return costs, but we issue full refunds for the item/items returned to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within a 28 day period. The fastest way to exchange your item is to fill out the returns form and leave a note inside of your parcel with correct size that you wish to exchange for. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size. 

You will be provided with a return address. You will then need to send your items back to us with a note inside of your parcel, containing your order number and what size you would like to exchange for. Once we receive your item/items back to us, we will then post out your new selected items out to you on the same day.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
